SCOTUS Denies Challenge to Gays-in-Military Law Tuesday, June 9, 2009 On Monday the Supreme Court denied a petition requesting review of a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, which had upheld as constitutional the 1993 law regarding homosexuals in the military.
